To complete your return, DevaArt Studio requires a receipt or proof of purchase. To return your product, it must be shipped back in the original packaging.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase then returns can be made within 7 business days of receiving the purchase for a full refund. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately DevaArt Studio cannot offer a refund.
The buyer is responsible for ALL return shipping costs and no shipping charges will be refunded. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Please package all items carefully to ensure that there is no damage during shipping. You must use mail tracking and insurance because there is no guarantee that DevaArt Studio will receive your returned item. Once DevaArt Studio receives the item in its original, undamaged condition, we will notify you of your refund.
Please contact DevaArt Studio with the tracking number (you can send it through email) when returning the item, so we will know that its on the way. In the event that the item being shipped back to DevaArt Studio is lost or damaged during shipping, we will not be able to refund you. In case this happens, you must contact the shipping courier that you selected and file an insurance claim.
A restocking fee of $5.00 is charged for any returns. This covers materials and labor for the particular item you are returning. Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days from when we receive the undamaged item(s) back.
DevaArt Studio does not offer a refund for packages that are lost, unclaimed or undeliverable. DevaArt Studio is not responsible for any taxes that may incur.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, DevaArt Studio will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. The refund from your bank or credit card is usually posted within 5-10 business days.
SALE ITEMS (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
